I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were cool, quiet, up to date, and had good lighting, making the stay very enjoyable. The service was friendly, although there was a slight condescending tone from one staff member. The location was perfect for my purposes, close to where I needed to be. The dining experience was adequate, although the selection was limited. The facilities were good overall.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were very clean and had a pleasant fragrance, which was nice. However, they felt a bit tight with limited walking space around the beds, and I had to keep the air conditioning running the whole time even though it was January. The service was mostly good, with friendly staff who were able to resolve issues quickly, though at times they seemed stretched. The location on Carlisle Pike was convenient for my visit, but I wished it was closer to Harrisburg and more dining options. The dining experience was decent, but the cooler needed restocking. Overall, the hotel provided what I needed but had some room for improvement.
